Are the guiding principles that reflect what the school considers important and believes should be upheld by everyone within the community. Values serve as a foundation for creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere, fostering a sense of shared purpose and unity among all members of the school community. 

 

Ethos: 

The school's ethos is the spirit or character that permeates its culture. The ethos is reflected in the way the school community interacts, communicates, and collaborates. A positive ethos promotes a nurturing and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. 

 

Together, values and ethos create a framework that not only guides individual behaviour but also fosters a collective sense of belonging and shared goals within the school community.
