Try making your own wellbeing bingo sheet and then try to complete it over this next week.
Here is an example:

Draw and decorate a gratitude jar and fill it!

Make a list to celebrate what makes you unique - a YOU-nique list! This could be a simple list or be creative and make it look like a fingerprint!

Draw your own self-soothe hand. Draw around your own hand and in each finger write or draw your favourite sight, sound, taste, touch and smell. When you have emotions that you find overwhelming, this is a really good strategy to calm yourself.

Thankful doodles! Can you draw all the things that you are thankful for? Why not challenge yourself and make a thankful ABC!


Write a thank you letter to a friend, teacher or a family member. You will make their day and you will also also feel good about it too!

Draw and write an affirmation rainbow. A positive affirmation is something we can say to ourselves to make a difference to the way we feel. Create an affirmation rainbow for yourself and read it daily to remind yourself of how great you are!
