Be Responsible

I’m sure we have all heard of this word. But what is the meaning of responsibility? Responsibility is something we all have. To me it means helping others and a wider community. It means being able to be there for people. You can also take responsibility for a particular role. You need to be able to help out without being asked and if you do you will make the school a better place. I’m sure you all have class reps and form leaders who have the responsibility to make sure your form is kind, orderly and that, as a team, they help out with the school community. You could hold doors open or organise a litter pick for example. Another form of responsibility is for yourself. You need to take responsibility for your actions, your learning and your mistakes. You can also be responsible at home and help out. Taking responsibility is a key part of our happiness and others.
