INJURIES

Injuries are a part of physical activity which almost everyone will experience at some point. It can have physical and psychological implications on your sporting performance.

Sporting injuries come in a variety of forms but understanding some methods of prevention and management can help you to stay healthy. Symptoms and causes of injury differ according to the type of injury you have. In most cases it is pain that gives us the first sign of injury.
