HYGIENE

Good hygiene habits are more than washing your hands. We should get into good routines to help to keep us safe and healthy. 

Both a shower and a bath have

fantastic health and wellbeing 

benefits. Try to shower at least 

once a day

Make sure your PE kit is washed after every use. Clean socks and pants must be changed on a daily basis. This will help stop odour and bacteria from spreading. 

As you get older and if you exercise regularary, you'll experience sweaty hair and it may become greasy. It's important to wash your hair every few days. 

Sweat starts to become odour as you gradually get older. It's important to wash under your arms after every sports practice. Deodorant controls bacteria and usually gives off a nice smell.
